DTL NETWORX MAINTENANCE POLICY

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. Between midnight and 6:00AM Pacific Time on weekends, DTL Networx ("DTL") may perform preventive maintenance or repairs to our hardware, software, and networking systems without advance notice. This low traffic period is reserved for such work. To minimize disruptions, we make every effort to complete our work quickly and carefully. However, some or all services may be temporarily unavailable. In the event maintenance occurs outside of the maintenance window, DTL will make every effort to provide advance notice by email with an estimate of the time required.

CREDIT FOR UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. In the event maintenance is urgently required, DTL may not be able to notify you in advance. You may be eligible for service credits for any unscheduled or extended downtime in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA) which is posted on the DTL web site.
